NO PROBLEM! I can help! I can take your desktop and/or laptop and get them running better.

I make SURE my customers have full say over what is done to their system. If you want a certain thing done to it, I do that and nothing more and nothing less. I make sure that my customers get exactly what they want.

I do NOT purchase anything for the system without consulting my customer first, and the software that I use before I resort to buying  something, IS freeware to help keep the customer's cost down and my customers happy. After all, if the customer ain't happy, NOBODY is happy!

My labor fees for maintenance are like my fees for building a new system. Affordable and competitive. I charge $35 flat rate compared to hourly. IF the issue is something minor, then I may not charge at all.


NOTE: Anything beyond my capability or anything that may void your warranty IF I work on your system will require me to send it into the manufacturer of your system for further repairs. The system will be returned to you upon completion of repairs, and you will be charged a reduced fee.

I do offer a $10 discount for Military Personnel and their families, including Veterans and Gold Star Families  (Proof of Family Member Killed In Action is required and will be verified)..

I use FedEx to ship all systems.
